Sitnasuak Native Corporation Board of Directors is pleased to announce a Shareholder fuel discount at our Nome-based subsidiary, Bonanza Express. This 10% discount will apply to both diesel and unleaded fuel. Transactions must take place inside the store, where a Shareholder ID card will need to be presented to receive the discount. This discount applies to current Shareholders aged 16+.

Shareholders are welcome to stop by our Nome or Anchorage office to have their photo taken and obtain their Sitnasuak Shareholder ID card and sign the required disclosure agreement. As we produce Shareholder ID cards, we will be exploring occasional extended office hours to ensure all have the opportunity to secure their unique ID card. This week, our office in Nome will be open 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM Tuesday, the 25^th through Friday the 28th. On Saturday, August 26th, feel free to stop by our office on Front Street between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, where we’ll have a Shareholder ID printing area staged downstairs. On Sunday, staff will be available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM to assist Shareholders with their ID. Be sure to keep an eye out for more announcements on other extended office hours, including weekend openings. Please remember to bring a valid ID with you to obtain your Shareholder ID.

We appreciate your patience as staff in our office and Bonanza Express learn this system and process. Remember to present your unique Shareholder ID to get the discount and stay aware of seasonal store hours. We will continue to update you when stores change from winter to summer hours and vice versa. Fuel transactions utilizing the Shareholder discount must be a separate transaction from other store purchases.

Shareholder benefits are one of the most important elements of our mission, and we recognize the financial challenges of living in the community of Nome and the Nome region. We are proud to expand Shareholder benefits to include this Shareholder fuel discount. This 10% fuel discount at Bonanza Express is in addition to the Shareholder heating fuel discount that is available through Bonanza Fuel.
