Bonanza Express is a gas/diesel station and convenience store located in Nome, Alaska. We are open seven days a week and known for always having freshly brewed coffee, which is greatly appreciated in our subarctic community.

Gas and diesel pumps are available 24/7 via self-service credit/debit/Blue (Fleet) card.

Nome Outfitters has a history of employing long-term local residents who are knowledgeable and friendly. We are very appreciative for their service to the community and region. Nome Outfitters was established by John Elmore (Icy View neighborhood) in 1977, and he operated the business for almost 20 years. In 1996, the business was purchased by Mark Johnson, who operated it until 2019, when Sitnasuak Native Corporation’s subsidiary, Bonanza Fuel LLC, purchased Nome Outfitters.
