Sitnasuak Shareholders and Descendants,

You are invited to a sealed-bid surplus sale of our 2017 Kodiak 700 ATVs. The Sitnasuak Native Corporation (SNC) Land Department is seeking bids for the sale and removal of two ATVs. All bids are due by 5:00 PM on July 1, 2026.

The minimum bid is $3,000 per ATV. Any bids received after the deadline will be returned to the sender. All surplus property will be sold as is, where it is. SNC makes no express or implied warranties beyond the face of the property, including, but not limited to, “suitability for use,” “merchantability,” or “fitness for particular purpose.” ATVs were well-maintained, were recently fully serviced in May 2026 and are ready for your adventures.

ATVs are available for viewing at the Sitnasuak Front Street office.

Each bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “SNC Land Department Submission: Sale of Surplus Property,” with the date and time clearly marked.

We are proud to offer this sealed-bid surplus sale to Shareholders and Descendants only and have priced these ATVs at the lower end of their value, knowing it will support Shareholder families.
