All eligible shareholders have an opportunity to run for the Sitnasuak Native Corporation Board of Directors during the 53^rd Annual Meeting. 

The 53^rd Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2026. A total of four (4) directors will be elected for terms until the 56^th Annual Meeting. This is a leadership opportunity to get involved in the decision-making process for our Village Corporation. Candidates must be 18 years old or older by the filing date and meet other eligibility requirements. 

Interested Shareholders must submit a board candidate questionnaire and letter of interest by 4:00 PM Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT) on or before March 6, 2026, to the Sitnasuak Shareholder Relations Department in the Nome or Anchorage offices. The questionnaire is available for pick up at both Sitnasuak offices, can be mailed or emailed to Shareholders, and is available for download here.
