Sitnasuak Native Corporation is proud to continue our efforts toward a more environmentally friendly and cost-effective method of distributing Annual Meeting materials. Shareholders who are signed up for digital delivery before the deadline will be entered to win one of three $500 prizes.*

In previous years, we’ve mailed out extensive packets containing all of the essential documents, such as the annual report, trust report, meeting notice, proxy statement, agenda, meeting minutes, and proxy voting card, resulting in hundreds of pages being printed and sent to each voting Shareholder. In 2022, we began offering Shareholders the option to receive these materials digitally. A convenient option, which we are proud to see over 400 Shareholders opt-in for. Which is a substantial amount of paper we are helping to conserve, together. You still receive all of the essential and necessary documents to help you make an informed decision in voting.

As we approach the 53^rd Annual Meeting of Shareholders, we continue to encourage you to opt-in for digital delivery to stay connected with your corporation in a more sustainable way.

The deadline to opt-in is April 7, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (Alaska Time). You can revoke digital delivery at any time if you prefer to receive physical copies in the future.

Your Options for Receiving Annual Meeting Materials: 

• Mail Option: If you choose this option, your materials will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive a large envelope containing the Annual Report, proxy booklet, agenda, proxy prizes flyer, and a proxy voting card. This packet includes everything you need to stay informed and cast your vote. 
• Digital Delivery Option: If you opt-in for digital delivery, you’ll receive an email once the Proxy Packets are mailed. This email will contain links and instructions on how to access the Annual Meeting materials online, including the Annual Report, proxy booklet, and voting information. You’ll receive a letter via USPS with your PIN to vote online at sncvote.org. Shareholders can also look up their PIN to vote on the sncvote website.
