SNC Shareholders – do you have a homesite or campsite? We are pleased to share a new contest just for you! Our 2025 Campsite / Homesite Clean-Up: Before & After Competition hopes to highlight the beauty of our sites and land. We appreciate the hard work of our Shareholders and Descendants in keeping our campsites and homesites clean and free from debris. To show our gratitude, we are hosting a contest to highlight your dedication.

Please send us photos of your clean-up efforts, both before and after, to enter for a chance to win a new generator or other great prizes!

As a gentle reminder, when Shareholders lease sites, you legally agree to maintain the area by keeping it relatively clean and free of trash, debris, or animal waste. 

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind lessees of safety measures to implement to protect the homesite or campsite from emergencies such as fires. Always ensure you are taking proactive measures to reduce the risk and impact of fires by having an extinguisher available, establishing safety zones around your homesite or campsite, around fire pits, and having detectors in place to alert you of such emergencies.
