We are pleased to invite Shareholders to submit proposals for the upcoming 53rd Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The 53^rd Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Anchorage. 

A Shareholder proposal is your recommendation or request that the Corporation and/or Board of Directors take specific action. We value the wisdom and experience of our broad Shareholder base and always welcome your thoughts and opinions. With your communication and cooperation, we will continue to guide our Corporation into the future.

Shareholders who submit a proposal must attend the Annual Meeting in person or appoint a representative to present it on their behalf. Any Shareholder who is eligible to vote at the Shareholder meeting may submit a proposal.

Shareholder proposals for the 53rd Annual Meeting are due by March 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT).
