Dear Shareholders,

We are pleased to share some exciting news about the strategic direction we are taking to enhance Sitnasuak’s growth and profitability.

In line with our ongoing mission to maximize value for our shareholders, we have made the proactive decision to focus on areas that will drive our business forward. As part of this initiative, we have dissolved our interest in the financial services line of business with Fidelity Title Agency and Mat-Su Title. This decision allows us to streamline our operations and concentrate our resources where we see the greatest potential for growth and innovation for Shareholders.

We are proud to conclude our journey in this area with a sense of accomplishment, marked by strong client feedback and high customer satisfaction. Our team’s integrity and dedication have played a vital role in this success, and we thank them for their hard work and commitment.

To support this transition, we have finalized a business purchase agreement with Stewart Title. We believe that Stewart Title’s cultural alignment with our values makes them an ideal owner moving forward. In embodying our Inupiaq value of aŋalataasran, or responsibility, we are committed to making decisions that benefit our shareholders by positioning Sitnasuak for greater profitability.

We deeply appreciate the service we’ve provided to the Anchorage, Mat-Su and Fairbanks communities over the past 20 years.
