Sitnasuak's most recent Annual Shareholders Meeting was held May 8, 2010 at the Mini Convention Center in Nome, Alaska.  

Directors Crystal M. Andersen-Booth, Robert K. (Bobby) Evans and Louie H. Green, Jr. were elected at the 37th Annual Shareholders Meeting for a three year term which will expire in 2013.
