SNC Board Candidate Questionnaires / Shareholder Proposals Due

Sitnasuak Native Corporation (SNC) is soliciting candidates for the upcoming Board of Directors election to be held at the 52nd Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Saturday, June 7, 2025, in Nome.

This is a leadership opportunity to get involved in the decision-making process for SNC. Voting Shareholders who are at least 18 years of age and wish to run for the Board of Directors must submit a Candidate Questionnaire and Letter of Interest to be eligible.

Candidate Questionnaires are available for download on the SNC website or can be requested by contacting the SNC Shareholder Relations Department.

Shareholders also have an opportunity to submit proposals for consideration at the Annual Meeting. Shareholder Proposals need to comply with SNC policies and must be submitted and filed with the SNC Shareholder Relations Department. The Proposal form is available in the SNC Nome and Anchorage offices and can be downloaded on the SNC website forms library.

IMPORTANT: All Candidate Questionnaires and Shareholder Proposals must be received by SNC no later than 4:00 P.M. (AKDT) on March 7, 2025.
