You need not be present at the meeting to win the above proxy prizes.

To be eligible to win, complete a valid proxy and it must be received on or before 5:00 p.m., Alaska Daylight Time, according to the above dates. All valid proxies are to be received at the Inspector of Elections, online or the election deposit boxes located at the Nome or Anchorage Sitnasuak Native Corporation Offices.
