The Sitnasuak Native Corporation (SNC) Board of Directors has rescheduled the 47th Annual Meeting from June 6, 2020, to September 12, 2020 due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
The Board of Directors has seriously considered the health directives from federal, state and local officials in reaching this decision. The Board is also reviewing options to hold the 47th Annual Meeting virtually or electronically.
More Shareholder information will be provided as the rescheduled date approaches, including virtual or electronic methods for participating. The election of the four board seats will proceed with the current board candidates that applied by the March 6, 2020 deadline and were approved by the Board of Directors for the 47th Annual Meeting.
