Sitnasuak Native Corporation (SNC) announces a Shareholder opportunity to run for the SNC Board of Directors.
The 46th Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for Saturday, November 9, 2019, in Nome, Alaska. A total of three (3) directors will be elected for terms until the 49th annual meeting. This is a leadership opportunity to get involved in the decision-making process for our village corporation. Candidates must be 18 years old or older by the filing date.
Interested Shareholders will need to submit a candidate questionnaire by 4:00 pm Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT) on or before August 9, 2019 to the SNC Shareholder Department at the offices in Nome or Anchorage.
