Shareholder Services
This section of our website is for you - our shareholders. Each shareholder has an opportunity to create a unique user ID and password to obtain a shareholder account. You have a log in option on the homepage to sign in as a shareholder. To protect our shareholders, our Shareholder Liaison will confirm each person is a shareholder before allowing them to access the secure site. Once confirmed as a shareholder, you will be able to log into a secure profile and account at any time by going to the top of whatever section you are in and clicking LOG IN. This is your opportunity to securely submit and save forms without having to print them, as well as obtain access to meeting minutes and announcements. You can also submit shareholder concerns and shareholder surveys. We are extending this convenience to our shareholders for your ease. You will always have access to necessary forms without signing in as a shareholder. However if you are not signed in, the forms will need to be printed, signed and submitted.
Should your address change, please fill out a change of address form to submit to the Shareholder Liaison. In case of a name change, the shareholder should notify the Shareholder Liaison in writing and include a copy of the legal documentation such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree specifically restoring former name, adoption decree, etc., authorizing the change. Additionally, it is important to have a will form on file with the Shareholder Liaison so your Sitnasuak stock may be distributed appropriately. If a family member of yours has passed away you may be entitled to inherited stock. You can also gift your shares, all at this website.
Feel free to contact us with any questions you might have concerning your Sitnasuak stock.
Families of deceased shareholders will now be eligible to apply for the Sitnasuak Native Corporation bereavement benefit, which is designed to defray the costs of funerals and other related expenses from the death of a shareholder. A $1,000 benefit is available to the family of a deceased shareholder of Sitnasuak Native Corporation. Applicants may include the surviving spouse, children, lineal descendants, or sibling of the deceased shareholder. The Sitnasuak Native Corporation shareholder department will make the final decision to accept or reject any application and whether or not to award a bereavement benefit. Please feel free to download the information sheet as well as the application.
